Is this drill for you?
For novice ballhandlers (Level 2) who can already dribble stationary and want a full 25-minute handle workout - pound crosses, jolt taps, and between-the-legs and behind-the-back combos - no hoop or partner needed.
The ladder: Pound cross and double-tap jolts first, then pound double cross, pound between cross, and continuous behind-the-back.
Variations: Both hands; five move patterns.
In a game: Pound crosses and jolt taps build the quick, low, protected dribble that keeps the ball alive when defenders reach - a foundation every on-ball move sits on.
25 minutes of hard pounding - loud, and real conditioning work. Too basic for advanced handlers.
← Easier: Pound Pocket Dribbling · Harder: Pound Between Dribble →
