Master fundamental low dribble shifts, progressing from forward to backward movement, to enhance ball control and defensive evasion.
The drill
Assume wide base → low dribble, shifting weight side-to-side → maintain control while moving forward and crossing over with each dribble
No, assemble your body, but what I really want you to shift side to side. Bah, bah, bah, bah. One, two, one, two, one, two, one, two, one, two.
Is this drill for you?

Too basic for advanced handlers.
Harder: Body and Ball Connection →
