throwing. I just want you to step in. I know it's simple here, but I really just want you to shift side to side. Bah, bah, bah, bah. 1 2 1 2 1 2 1

Is this drill for you?

For intermediate handlers (Level 3) who can already dribble with both hands and want a quicker side-to-side weight shift with the ball - no hoop, no partner, small-space friendly.

Trains: ball-handling · change of direction · lateral quickness · rhythm · balance

Variations: One or two dribbles per shift.

In a game: The side-to-side shift is the setup for every crossover and hesi - this builds the weight transfer that gets a defender leaning before you pick a direction.

Simple-looking but a real leg burner in a wide stance; dribbling noise.
