Stop dribbling like a robot! These three drills build low, shifty movement and tight ball control, enhancing your agility and rhythm.
Drill 1 of 3
Wide stance → under drag -> touch cone with non-dribbling hand → alternate sides.
Drill 2 of 3
Low, wide stance → quick, tight crossover dribbles -> touch cone opposite side.
Drill 3 of 3
Low, wide stance → between-the-legs -> crossover -> punch -> touch cone.
Is this drill for you?
For elite handlers (Level 5) with an advanced low handle who want to stay shifty while touching cones with the off hand - under-drags, rapid crossovers, and rapid behind-the-back combos - no hoop or partner needed.
The ladder: Low under-drag cone touches, then rapid crossovers with cone touch, then the rapid between-legs-crossover-punch combo with cone touch.
Variations: Under-drags, crossovers, and behind-the-back combos; alternating sides.
In a game: Staying low and shifty while your off hand works mirrors handling traps and reaches without picking the ball up - this builds elite two-task handle under pressure.
Needs cones; heavy dribbling noise. Far too advanced for beginners.
