Is this drill for you?
For advanced ballhandlers (Level 4) burning out the in-and-out - low-stance reps, shamgod combos, two-ball INO, moving INO, and INO-cross burnouts.
The ladder: Low-stance and front-back reps first, then the shamgod crossover burnout, two-ball INO, moving INO, and the INO-cross finisher.
Variations: Switch hands every minute.
In a game: One-minute burnouts make the in-and-out automatic - it has to be reflex before it is a weapon.
30 minutes; needs a second ball for one drill.
