Is this drill for you?
For novice shooters (Level 2) who want a full pregame warmup that touches form, movement, and off-dribble threes before tip - hoop required.
The ladder: High-arc form shots first, then wrap, turn, push-out and side-step shots, then pump-fake escapes and 90-degree catch-and-shoots, free throws to close.
Variations: Both directions on every movement shot.
In a game: This is the ramp-up you run before a real game - it builds the warm, repeatable stroke you take into the first quarter.
Eight drills of real volume - plan 30-plus minutes and a rebounder helps.
Harder: Dynamic Pregame Shooting Moves →
