Is this drill for you?

For intermediate scorers (Level 3) who want a quick dynamic warmup - wing rips, side steps, and scissor combos into shots - hoop and a chair required.

Trains: shooting form · footwork · first-step speed · change of direction

The ladder: Left and right wing rips first, then side-step work, then scissor into side steps from the elbows.

Variations: Both wings and both side-step directions.

In a game: Pregame is when you groove the exact moves you will call on - this builds crisp rips and side steps so the first in-game rep is not the first rep.

Needs a chair as the screen/defender; short by design - it is a warmup.
