Is this drill for you?
For intermediate-to-advanced shooters (Level 3) who want pull-ups off real combos - between-the-legs crosses, step-backs, and hesi moves from the top, wings, and slots.
The ladder: Between-the-legs cross jumpers first, then step-back pull-ups, hesi and double-cross pull-ups, then slot combos, free throws to close.
Variations: Both sides on every drill.
In a game: Off-the-dribble threes and pull-ups are how scorers beat a set defense without a screen - this builds the combo-to-jumper footwork that creates the space.
Combo handles into jumpers - too much for anyone still building a basic pull-up.
