Is this drill for you?
For advanced shooters (Level 4) with a working pull-up who want the full off-dribble menu - pound, hesi, punch drag, under drag - hoop required.
The ladder: Pound behind-the-back pull-ups first, then hesi pull-ups, punch drags, under drags, corner pump-fake pull-ups, and free throws to finish.
Variations: Right and left hand starts on every drill.
In a game: Pull-ups off pound, hesi, and drag moves are the shots you actually get against set defense - this builds all of them.
Needs a hoop; both elbows and both corners get work.
