Is this drill for you?

For advanced scorers (Level 4) who want to chain change-of-direction moves into explosive finishes - eight cone-weave variations from both wings - hoop and cones required.

Trains: ball-handling · finishing · change of direction · explosiveness · footwork

The ladder: Center weaves with pro-hop finishes first, then wing weaves with combo moves, float variations, and pound-float strong finishes.

Variations: Center and both wings; right and left versions of every drive.

In a game: Weaving through cones at speed is the same change-of-direction chain you use slicing through help defense to the rim.

Needs a hoop and three cones; eight variations is a long session - split it if needed.
