Is this drill for you?

For novice shooters (Level 2) ready to build a real three-point diet - catch-and-shoot, corner drifts, wing lifts, and pump-fake escapes - hoop required.

Trains: shooting form · touch · footwork · rhythm

The ladder: Catch-and-shoot first, then corner drifts and wing lifts, then pump-fake escapes, free throws to close.

Variations: Both corners and wings.

In a game: Threes come from movement, not standing still - this builds the drift, lift, and escape footwork that creates open looks around the arc.

Needs a hoop; self-rebounding adds conditioning but slows the reps.
