Is this drill for you?
For intermediate handlers (Level 3) who already have a crossover and want to tighten crossovers, between-the-legs, and behind-the-back moves around a cone they relocate with the off hand - no hoop or partner needed.
The ladder: Crossovers moving the cone, then between-the-legs moving the cone, then behind-the-back moving the cone.
Variations: Crossover, between-the-legs, and behind-the-back versions; both sides.
In a game: Moving the cone with your off hand while the dribble stays live mimics shielding and steering through traffic - this builds a handle that doesn't need your eyes.
Needs a cone; loud indoor dribbling.
