Is this drill for you?

For intermediate shooters (Level 3) who want a 20-minute pregame warmup that wakes up the pull-up off rips, side steps, and scissors.

Trains: shooting form · footwork · rhythm · balance

The ladder: Wing rips on both sides first, then side-step work, then the scissor into side step at full speed.

Variations: Every drill goes both directions.

In a game: Rips and side steps are the exact moves you use to shake a defender early - this gets them game-speed before tip.

Needs a chair or cone as a screen.
