The ladder: One-dribble pull-ups and push crosses first, then half-turn, punch, and shake-n-bake setups, then BTL-spin, heavy step, anchor step, and escape.
Variations: Run every setup both directions.
In a game: Ten setups means ten answers - whatever the defender takes away, you trained a counter into a pull-up.
