Is this drill for you?
For advanced point guards (Level 4) who want real pick-and-roll reads - rejects, screen uses, snakes, and skip steps - hoop and cones as the screener required.
The ladder: Wing rejects and screen uses first, then snake and skip-step reads at the top, then right-wing reads, free throws to close.
Variations: Left wing, top, and right wing.
In a game: Pick-and-roll is the point guard's office - this builds the reject, use, and snake reads that punish however the defense plays the screen.
Cones stand in for the screener - reads are against an imagined defense, so game reps still needed.
