Is this drill for you?

For novice shooters (Level 2) speeding up the release - BTL, double-BTL wrap, and behind-the-back setups into pull-ups.

Trains: shooting form · ball-handling · rhythm · footwork

The ladder: BTL pull-ups first, then the double-BTL wrap, then the behind-the-back wrap.

Variations: Right-hand and left-hand versions of every setup.

In a game: The wrap-around setups hide the pickup so the shot is gone before the defender recovers.
