The drill
Maintain low stance → Rapid quick crossover --> BTL--> FRONT CROSS (repeat from both sides ).
right hands over here. Pop pop pop, I'm going over. 1 2 3, oh pop pop pop. 1 2 3 1 2 3, now we're over. So, we're going to hit three of them or we get 1 2 3 4. After this fourth one, when you cross, I want you to attack

For advanced ballhandlers (Level 4) comfortable with stationary combos who want to keep shifty rhythm through rapid crossover, between-the-legs and front-cross sequences - no hoop or partner needed.
Variations: Both sides.
In a game: Staying shifty through three or four dribble actions keeps a defender from timing you - this builds the rhythm that rolls straight into an attack cross.
