Is this drill for you?
For novice ballhandlers (Level 2) who have a basic dribble and want cone-based control work with pockets and combos - cones required, no hoop.
The ladder: Dribble over the cone with a pocket hold first, then add behind-the-back, then the full over/between/behind combo.
Variations: Both sides on every drill.
In a game: Cone-control drills build the slow-twitch handle that keeps the ball glued when a defender crowds you.
Needs a cone or marker.
