Is this drill for you?
For advanced players (Level 4) - especially bigs - who already handle competently and want guard-level crossover, between-the-legs, and punch combos on both sides - no hoop or partner needed.
The ladder: Alternating between-legs/crossover first, then crossover plus pound, then the double-tween combo with a punch.
Variations: Both sides; crossover, between-the-legs, and punch combinations.
In a game: Bigs who can cross over and punch dribble in both directions punish slow closeouts and switches - this builds the footwork to attack off the catch or a short roll.
Needs markers; loud dribbling. Too advanced for beginners.
