For novice guards (Level 2) learning jump-stop finishes - crossover layup, step-back left, step-back floater, and a pivot pull-up.
The ladder: Crossover layup first, then step-back finishes left and right, then the pivot pull-up.
Variations: Ten reps each finish, both sides.
In a game: The jump stop gives you two feet and both pivots under pressure - every finish here starts from that same controlled stop.
Needs a chair as the defender.
