Drill 4 of 4

elite guard scoring workout. So you have to make four in a row five times and then you can switch sides. So four in a row five times. The first one we had was a curl to a floater. That one right there was a curl into a one-dribble pull-up. The next one here is going to be a curl, we see him shoot under, and then we're going to catch it and rip baseline, cuz he got caught under that screen, knock it down. And the last one here is a straight cut to the wing, we just see him get caught on the screen, and we knock that down, make four in a row.
Is this drill for you?
For intermediate guards (Level 3) scoring off screens - curl to floater, curl to pull-up, curl to rip baseline, and the straight-cut wing shot.
The ladder: Curl to floater and curl to pull-up first, then the rip baseline, then the straight-cut wing shot - four in a row before switching.
Variations: Run every read on both wings.
In a game: Reading the defender's route over the screen is the guard's whole job - four finishes cover every mistake he can make.
Needs a hoop and a screen or chair; four-in-a-row, five sets per side.
