Is this drill for you?

For novice shooters (Level 2) building an elbow pull-up - pump fake, crossover, BTL, and fade-away versions, 10 reps per elbow.

Trains: shooting form · footwork · balance · ball-handling

The ladder: Pump-fake pull-ups first, then crossover and BTL versions, then the spin into fade-away.

Variations: Both elbows, 10 reps each.

In a game: The elbow pull-up is the counter when your drive gets cut off - four setups keep the defender guessing.

Needs a cone or chair.
