For novice shooters (Level 2) building a pull-up library - fourteen variations from the wings and top, plus spot shooting.
The ladder: Wing step-back pull-ups first, then top-of-key dribble and shoulder-turn versions, then BTL and 5-spot shooting.
Variations: Ten reps each variation, mirrored both sides.
In a game: Fourteen pull-up entries mean no defender can take away the one you are comfortable with.
