Is this drill for you?
For advanced ballhandlers (Level 4) who already own between-the-legs and behind-the-back and want to stay wide and low through long combo chains - no hoop, no partner, cones needed.
The ladder: Drill 1 adds a punch dribble to a crossover, drill 2 runs it through between the legs, drill 3 chains between-the-legs and behind-the-back.
Variations: Three escalating combos; floor-touch on each rep.
In a game: Staying low through three or four actions is what separates a shifty guard from a dribbler - this builds the legs and posture for it.
45 total minutes of low-stance work - heavy on the legs; too advanced for beginners.
