The ladder: Side step, misdirection, and jab first, then jab-cross, spin, and anchor step, closing with BTB, delayed BTL, drop pull, and under drag.
Variations: Five reps each move, both directions.
In a game: Ten finishes off one BTL entry - the defense sees the same start and ten different endings.
