Is this drill for you?
For intermediate ballhandlers (Level 3) who want a nonstop burnout through V-dribble combos, punches, and double moves - no hoop, no partner, small space.
The ladder: Double tween plus cross first, then V-dribble combos with cross, between, behind, and all combined, then punch dribbles and the tween double-behind.
Variations: Both hands; eight combo patterns.
In a game: Keeping your handle crisp when tired is what separates you late in games - this burnout builds control that does not fade with your legs.
Constant dribbling noise; forearms will feel it - that is the point.
