Is this drill for you?
For intermediate players (Level 3) with a solid handle who want to build a spin move from stationary reps up to live finishes - hoop required for the finishing drills, no partner.
The ladder: Pound and spin first, then half spins, continuous 180 spins, continuous spin to a drop, half spin into a floater, and live game-speed reps last.
Variations: Both sides and both hands; stationary to live reps.
In a game: The spin move beats a defender who overplays your drive - this builds it from the pivot up so it holds at game speed.
30 minutes; the early drills work without a hoop but the finish drills need one.
