Transcript
First on the list, we got some ball and cone taps. Make sure you keep good ball control and go for a minute straight. Second on the list, we're gonna really test our ball control by dribbling both balls with one hand. Easy money. Third on the list, we're gonna do four to five v-dribbles into a crossover and finish with the left hand layup. We're gonna go to the left elbow and do the same exact thing. Only finish with your left. Fourth drill, we're gonna start on the low block, hit some lateral glide dribbles into a behind the back wrap around that cone. Really challenge yourself here to get your feet around the cone and not let the ball hit the cone whenever you do the behind the back wrap. Easy. And last but not least, we're gonna do five minutes of freestyle work. All right, get in your bag here.

Is this drill for you?

For advanced players (Level 4) whose right hand is reliable and want to bring the left up to match - cone taps, two-ball work, and left-hand-only finishes - hoop and two balls needed, no partner.

Trains: weak-hand development · ball-handling · finishing · off-hand coordination · body control

The ladder: Ball and cone taps first, then two balls with one hand, then V-dribbles into a left-hand finish, then lateral glides into behind-the-back wraps, and five minutes of freestyle work last.

Variations: Left-hand focus with right-hand comparison reps; both elbows and low block.

In a game: A trustworthy weak hand doubles your driving angles - defenders can't shade you strong-side when the left finishes just as well.

Drill 2 needs two basketballs; finishes need a hoop.
